A number of people have asked me to confirm and clarify my announcement at closing ceremonies. Here are answers to their questions in no particular order. If you PM'd me and don't see an answer to your question here you should have a PM from me tonight.

1) Yes we are taking a break from having three day conventions for a bit.

2) We intend to have several one-day events per year.

3) We are hoping to be able to re-instill the sense of joy associated with running an anime convention.

4) We need to remember  that we do this for fun and this is a hobby, some time off will help this.

5) We are not folding, we will be back.

6) Our attendees are the greatest! And we will never forget that.

7) "L" will be directing our one day events, and yes he can use all the volunteer help all of us can give.

8 ) I was so pleased with the attendees at this AniZona that I can't find the words to express my feelings.

Hello everyone! Pre-Entry for the masquerade is now officially CLOSED.
 We will have some spaces for you to enter the masquerade AT-con, but be fast! We'll fill up soon.


To Enter AT-con; find the Masquerade desk and sign up. Be sure to bring your music with you.

AUDIO/MUSIC RULES:

*Be sure audio is already cut to the correct time length the masquerade rules advise.
  I will not try and guess when your track "should" end.

*Do not turn in anything but a single track of audio to be played.

*Add any pauses to your audio if you want it to start or stop at
 certain points during your performance. I will not do this manually for you.

*I can accept MP3, WAVs or CDs. (MP3 Preferred. I will also accept it on a flash drive.)

 

--To all those who've pre-entered, Thank you and you should have your entry number already. Don't forget to sign in at the Masquerade desk when you arrive at the convention and turn in your music if you have not already given it to me in e-mail. (If you have given it to me in e-mail just be sure to have it at pre-judging.)
